SCORE CARD OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM OBIANO ,A REPORT TO NDI ANAMBARA

Ndi nwem ndi Anambara state ,as we approach this Christmas and end of the year 2014 ,I sincerely wants to bring to us Score card of Gov Obiano, A MADIEN EDITION . Thanks to my Father,he will preach to me ,Nwam arapukwona ikwu eziokwu and I will always remind us “Truth is our standard,accept it in good faith or leave me with the next option which is ,to SHOVE IT DOWN your throat ,but there is a Choice in between ”.

I have done my duties to fashion out TUESDAY REPORT CARDS but since my Dad will counsel “Dimta said na Eneke Nti oba has learned flying without perching on any branch ,therefore making the accuracy of the Dimta,s shooting to become in consistent ”,Since a set of New 20 E Rats were hired to come and pollute the social media and spit in all directions ,it shows that ukwa ana api na mkpuru adiro ya and a new approach is needed.

I will take a closer look at the tenure ,say an on going Tenure of Gov Obiano and file a SCORE CARD to the state and for the record ,this SCORE CARD will replace the TUESDAY REPORT CARD and kindly join us as we score him every week or every month depends on the mood of the presenter .

EDUCATION –
This area despite the glaring and magnificent level Fmr Gov Obi took that ministry to ,despite the huge investment on it, which are paying dividends yearly ,judging from the results ANAMBARA attracts from WAEC,NECO,JAMB ,where we place consistent first .I am yet to notice any addition from Gov Obiano,if there are inputs in that department then it must be without significance or very minor to make any meaning or difference. Meaning he needs to improve on whatever Obi did on that front to better it or maintain the standard that is in place.

ROADS –
All the ongoing road projects which he inherited from Peter Obi ,he abandoned them all for reasons that cannot be spelt out .The only Road projects that are on going today are the ones located in AGULERI or in his Inlaws Town Ogbunike . I will not count the WINDOW DECORATION that is going on at AMAOBIA JUNCTION,KWATA JUNCTION AND AROMA JUNCTION .All of them are located stone throw from one another and it means when you climb one at one before you descend you,ve reached the other and climb it also ,then come down to climb another,they can best described as WINDOW DECORATIONS to placard those passing through AWKA to shout that WILLIE IS WORKING ,it is same thing with Christmas decorations at Upper Iweka ,things located to get applause only and economic waste . If I am to judge him with that single blunder called FLY OVER ,I will say he will get a good F9 for such absurdity ,but I will not judge him based on that . He tried on patching up roads ,that I can give him credit for and plus he marked the Roads with good markings ,but the problem is that even the marked roads were done by PETER OBI ,they will put a BILL BOARD that is higher than 2 story building and exclaim WILLIE IS WORKING ,what they should,ve wrote it WILLIE IS MARKING.

Peter Obi started his road projects from the North and it get to a time Ndi Aguleri were meeting and plotting how to buy Torch ,Bow and Arrows for Okwute to join Vigilante after his tenure because he did not touch not even one road in his Town or Awka Capital ,but toward the end of his tenure ,he sprung a surprise and all the roads in both towns were tarred with drainage and perfection ,and the beauty of it all is that VIRGIN ROADS were created and perfected. On Roads Gov Obiano needs to wake up but first he needs to go back and finish the ones he inherited from Obi ,same Way Obi completed the ones he inherited from Ngige .

JOB CREATIONS-
This area he is trying after all he,ve employed more than 65% of Aguleri youths ,some wear many UNIFORMS standing by road side catching breeze and anybody that looks like he is from AGULU.

Some parade as TOUT that collects IGR ,some were drafted to INTERNET to become acute nuisance, what they specialize on is to curse ,shout ,spit and attack issues instead of rebutting them . Outside that ,there is no other people he employed not even those from Umueri ,the unfortunate ones that worked during Obi were removed for two crimes ,ONE they are from Umueri and two ,they worked for Peter Obi.

The painful part is the sacking aspect ,there are more sacked workers than employed ,but to get sacked you must have held some respect for Peter Obi or you may have refused to curse him in 12 different languages.

FUND MANAGEMENT –
This area is where he scored less than expected as a Banker ,the speed he mutilate money,the way he spend this money you wonder is he actually did well as a banker. Imagine spending 680 Million Naira for Christmas decorations, how about the ones he spent buying Horses that will not add value to anything in the state.

The Drone technology that never flew ,imagine how much he spent on getting illegal BOT CHAIRMAN ,imagine the money he spent on this Internet Rats just for them to throw some lies here and there including dragging Peter Obi or his Boy Valentine through the muds .Imagine the ones spent of Costly Champagne ,Chattering of planes ,lodging in MEGA hotels ,inviting chiefs,PG,S to come and watch MOVIE titled “Gov obi said and he did not say part 2” ,add the cost of mass producing same.

Infact the speed he reduced the 86 BILLION NAIRA left behind by Obi and the much he spent on media trying to say he did not leave him such money ,that makes my head to spin .

I will not talk about the money we get selling the state to money bags under the guise of RAISING FUND for Security in the state ,even when his security vote is more than any other state in Nigeria and yet we raised money from those people we are suppose to beam our security searchlight upon, this is were my old man will sigh and shout “COMMON SENSE ADIRO COMMON”.,is it not said that “He who pays the piper dictates the tune that will be played ?” ,we cannot take the money of this men and turn around and prosecute any of them or their boys on any crime committed in the state.

SECURITY –
Outside the phatom plus imaginary secured state ,one cannot tell the difference Gov Obiano made with what Peter Obi did on Anambara security. Gov Obi secured the state so tight with his Monthly security vote of 250 million naira ,Obi was able to rid the state of Armed Robbers ,Kidnappers to extent that the last IGP said Anambra is the most secure state in Nigeria. Juxtapose it with the 1 Billion naira Gov Obiano is voting for security ,he was able to add OPERATION SHEBA ,OPERATION KPOCHAPU ,OPERATION- OPERATIONAL and the only difference they made was to catch those smoking weeds ,ok I forgot that he bought DRONES which they said will pursue kidnappers into forest and arrest them . But do not ask me where is the Drone for I will not answer you.

Fmr Gov Obi used Vigilante of Towns to secure the state ,for the simply reason –EVERY TOWN ma ndi bu agafu no na ime ya ,he set the Vigilante to be direct responsible for any ills in that Town ,when a crime Lord were uncovered by security and not the Vigilantes ,then the head of the Vigilante ,the PG and the Igwe will be held responsible .I remember when kidnappers will struck at any town ,the Vigilante will call the next town and they lay siege and get them at once . The state were secured with less security fund in place, there is no justification for the great increase done by the current administration . This Government placed more security personnel in strategic places but I cannot point to any extra result .

ATTRACTING DONOR AGENCIES –
This area seems like a Mirage ,not one Donor Agency has invested in our state since the new Government came into power,so many things may be the problem .

I think the Governor should try and come down to earth ,some of this Donor agencies Boss wear akwa egoro na Bend down boutique ,so they may be scared of over flamboyant one . Then I wept when our Governor asked the UNDP a United Nation office that was accommodated in ANAMBRA LODGE in Abuja by Gov Peter Obi when their house were burned down ,Obi gave them our Lodge free of charges to stay pending when they will rebuild theirs but Gov Obiano immediately he came in , gave them quit notice that will expire this December ,he said he wants to use the Lodge ,which is right but he should know that if you do not sow you will not reap.

I know that Anambra received highest from Donor agencies under Peter Obi ,not because he is PETER but because he has the nature that makes him a good sales man .If only AKPOKUE can ask his friend the simple question “HOW DID YOU DO THAT ?”.

I think our Governor should also cut down on the amount of MOU we sign ,since none of the previous ones signed has been implemented .

POLITICS –
Akpokue Dike is a Neophyte on this matter ,from accepting a land mine filled BOT CHAIRMANSHIP ,how he declared war on his KING MAKER and Now he set the stage for everlasting political doom. Making Tomb Raider a SINATOR is a grand mistake because his first mission in the sinate is how to get OBIANO to be submissive to him ,little wonder he CONNED OBIANO into giving him 3 extra months so that he can perfect what he have in mind. Umeh knew , had Obiano understood the game of politics and refuse to grant Umeh any extension whatsoever and if his tenure expired as it would ,then Obiano will place somebody who is royal to him into Chairmanship position ,that would,ve tilted the state APGA and political structure to him but burying his political call with his grievous mistake ,he will understand why ROCHAS,IFEANYI UBAH,SOLUDO,IYOM EKWUNIFE ,PETER OBI got bitten by the rattle Ogbunigwe .

The only way he can remedy the situation is to make sure that UMEH kiss the political dust in his senatorial quest ,if not he will understand why it is a bad idea to give a monkey water with your private cup .
