FROM THE OFFICE OF THE DIRCETOR GENERAL, NIGERIA RESCUE GROUP

CONGRATULATIONS GENERAL BUHARI, THANK YOU OUR SUPPORTERS

Let me use this opportunity congratulate Maj. Gen. Mohammadu Buhari, the winner of our great party, All Progressives Congress' Presidential primary election and to thank all my fans and supporters of Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha who was one of five aspirants who vied to fly the flag of our great party, All Progressives Congress.

While congratulating our flag bearer, Maj. Gen. Mohammadu Buhari, I must say that the exercise remains the most transparent and credible presidential primary election ever witnessed in Nigerian party politics. We are in it and shall work together to rescue Nigeria from its present state of comatose.

Though the contest has come and gone and our leader could not clinch the ticket. I am very sure that without any atom of doubt, we did the best we could and went the extra mile to the praise of those who understand what hard work and best strategies mean.

I must say that I am grateful to you all for being there. Your kind prayers and best wishes did wonders. Those who never believed us and never gave us a chance, let me also thank you because it is also from your ability to always see the eye in a doughnut that has strengthened us the more. A world where every action and inaction are considered perfect does not make a world that will ever get better. That world, I believe, has never existed anywhere.

For Ndi Igbo, you would have known by now that our leader Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha was in the race to give us all the sense of belonging. In our consultations, Nigerians have come to appreciate our people. Again, All Progressives Congress also proved that it is a real national party indeed. We do not believe in quest for proper re-integration of Ndi Igbo to the Nigerian project by mere lips service but by every pragmatic approach. That is the essence of being seen not be speaking only but participate in the struggle.

Last night, the wonder of the science and technology behind engineering of an aircraft preoccupied my mind. I ruminated over it and in my little research, I came to realize that aircraft was never designed in a day, it took time and efforts of many great minds. It kept getting better and better. Names like Sir Gorge Caley, Otto Lileenthial, Clement Ader, Gustavo Whitehead, the Wright brothers and so many others. So it is with a journey in search of a way to rescue our people. Surely, we shall surely get there.

For those of you who have lost courage, Owelle says, get up and pick them up. For those of you who still sit on the fence, quickly jump into somewhere for you starve us of the history. Those who still believe in "it must be me syndrome" look beyond yourself and move on for you will die without a historic song from your people if you choose to remain stagnant.

His Excellency, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha has been in this race one, two and three times. I must tell you that this has not only made us an encyclopedia of Nigerian Politics but has also enriched our knowledge of party politics even the more.

It is true we have drawn the curtain but its gains shall surely be reaped in no distant time as the place of Ndi Igbo has been assured.

Once, again, I thank you and from the bottom of my heart, I love you all.

NIGERIA MUST BE BETTER

DIRECTOR GENERAL, NIGERIA RESUE GROUP
