Elitecore Improves Its Position In Gartner’s Magic Quadrant For Integrated Revenue And Customer Management 2014

Gartner evaluates the vendors based on two criteria: Completeness of Vision , which covers the “combination of domain expertise, appropriate go-to-market strategy and a focus on innovation in product functionality and enabling technology”; and Ability to execute , which covers the “combination of factors driven by product functionality, architecture performance and the ability to meet customer expectations during product delivery and operation.”

In the report, Gartner has evaluated Elitecore's broad based product portfolio that incorporates all IRCM components for CSPs.
