MBAITOLI ENDORSES OKOROCHA, MADUMERE...
... VOW TO REJECT DECEITFUL POLITICIANS COME 2015 ELECTIONS

People of Mbaitoli Local Government through their Presidents- General have once again reiterated their unflinching support for Governor Okorocha and his Rescue Mission Administration and their resolve to queue behind him and his deputy during 2015 elections.

The resolution was made known when the seven Presidents-General of Seven Autonomous Communities in Mbaitoli paid a solidarity visit to their illustrious son and the deputy governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere.

Speaking during the solidarity visit, Chief Kingsley Asinobi from Obazu Mbieri eulogized Governor Okorocha describing him as the son of Mbaitoli for his love so far shown to the people. He expressed gladness over the lifting Mbaitoli has enjoyed due to the choice of their illustrious son as the Deputy Governor. He told the story of eternal electioneering project of Mbaitoli people for the choice positions in government, which have eluded them until the emergence of Governor Okorocha led Government.

He enumerated numerous projects going on in Mbaitoli Local Government of Imo State ranging from Road network, construction of schools in every ward.

However, Chief Asinobi, said the people of Mbaitoli are specially thanking Governor Okorocha over the construction Nkwo-Orji-Obazu-Orie Mbieri Road, which he said has been abandoned for over sixteen years. He averred that the people have suffered so much hardship socially, economically and otherwise.

The group further took turns to speak glowingly of their son whom they describe as their pride for his life style worthy of emulation. Mr. Henshaw Opara, the President General of Amike Autonomous community related how they people feel proud over the good news they always receive about their brother especially when it comes from his boss who has severally described him as his beloved son.

It will be recalled that the Youth Leaders of Community Government Council had paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere, reeling out their resolution to go all hug with the Governor and his deputy come 2015 some months back.

Mr. Henshaw also recalled the unpalatable political experiences of their people who had always taken part in gubernatorial Elections but have always failed despite their huge political resources in terms of their population. It was not until the emergence of Owelle Rochas Okorocha who first appointed Prince Madumere as his Chief of Staff and also elevated him to the position of the Deputy Governor of Imo State. It is also observed that the local government was left to rot under previous PDP administration to the extent major Roads have been death traps. NkwoOrji-Obazu-Orie Mbieri Road was left to rot for over sixteen years as previous governments used it as instrument of playing deceitful politics.

Henshaw assured Prince Madumere their support and encouraged him to move on as there is no opposition in Mbaitoli. "With what we have benefitted in form dividends of democracy under Rescue Mission Government led by Owelle Rochas Okorocha and with our son as a strategic part, our people have resolved to follow our sons and there is no alternative," he enthused.

In his response, Prince Madumere thanked them for their solidarity. He narrated his journey with Governor Okorocha whom he described as a brother and a father. He told his people to continue to tell their people the truth. He however averred that the desperate politicians will surely come but it is their inalienable rights to so do but should ignore them with their bogus promises, which they could not execute even in their twelves of unfortunate reign.
