The second Africa Global Business Forum will take place in Dubai on 1st and 2nd October 2014

Organised by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry with content developed by The Economist Events and under the patronage of H.H. In its strategy of expanding into the African continent, Dubai has become a major trading partner for the region as the emirate's non-oil trade with the continent increased by 141%, up from AED 37.9 billion in 2008 to AED 91.3 billion ($25 billion) in 2013.

According to a Dubai Chamber statistics, African companies operating in Dubai have seen a percentage growth of 171% from the period from 2008 to mid-2014.
