BEVERLY HILLS, September 23, (THEWILL) - The schoolgirls kidnapped by the Boko Haram from Chibok, Borno State, have not been released, THEWILL can report.

Speculations emerged that some of the schoolgirls were released on Tuesday evening and driven into the Maimalari Barracks, Maidugiri in two white vans.

Multiple senior military sources however told THEWILL that the girls that were driven into the facility in the vans were 35 schoolgirls meant to be escorted to schools in Kaduna and Abuja by the Military under the directive of Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima.

The girls were later spotted at the government house, Maiduguri in two buses with tag numbers, BH 750BWL (ABUJA) and MGM 33XA (BORNO). The vans, which also had their travel bags, were sandwiched by military trucks and scores of soldiers.

A top politician in the state confirmed to THEWILL that the girls were the brave schoolgirls that escaped from the captivity of the Boko Haram in April when they were abducted.
