2015: Jonathanians Commend PDP for Adopting President Jonathan

The Jonathanians have commended the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for adopting President Goodluck Jonathan as its presidential candidate for the 2015 election.

A statement by its Director of Campaign, Charles Jiduwah, said the Jonathanians are delighted that the PDP has done what is right and needful in a presidential democracy as practiced in other parts of the world.

The statement said the ruling party's adoption of President Jonathan through its internal democratic organs‎ is an eloquent testimony of the giant strides recorded by the administration in implementing it's transformation agenda.

The statement said by the ruling party has paved the way ‎for the full mobilization of Nigerians from all walks of life when the campaign proper begins, adding that the Jonathanians will not rest on its oars in its massive reach out to get support for the President.

According to the statement, over 10million Nigerians have so far been mobilized in support of the President through the Jonathanians SMS gateway channel and other social media platforms.

It therefore called on all Nigerians to continue to support President Jonathan's reelection bid as he remains the best performing brand of leadership available to the country at this time.
