2015:Hon Usman Durkwa endorses Pelachiroma for Reps

The aspiration of Hon. James Pelachiroma former Special Adviser to Governor Kashim Shettima on Lands and Survey to represent the people of Hawul/Askira-Uba Federal Constituency at the National Assembky in 2015 has recieved a big boost with his endorsement by Hon. Usman Durkwa former Borno Commissioner of Religious Affairs and Special Education.

Hon. Usman Durkwa regarded as the political godfather in Hawul Local Government Area also commands high respect and followership in the whole of Southern Borno Senatorial Zone.

His endorsement of Hon. James Pelachiroma is seen by political observers as a sign of victory for the aspirant because Durkwa has been largely responsible for the victories of elective office holders in the area and Borno State in general.

Hon. Durkwa who made the endorsement further promised to be the Campaign Director of Hon. James so that the victory of the APC will be a forgone conclusion in the area.

Hon. James Pekachiroma who is an accomplished politician in his own right have served his people in various capacities at Association level culminating in his being elected the Secretary General of Biu Emirate Development Associstion (BEDA) a position he held for 19 years.

The former Special Adviser was the first Secretary of the defunct Democtratic Party of Nigeria (DPN) of Gen. Abatcha era and also the Deputy Secretary of APP in Borno before the party metamorphorsed into the ANPP.

Hon. James Pelachiroma is a grassroots mobilizer who has been described by his supporters as "very accessible, level headed , and always ready to assist his people in solving their problems".

He is a"die-hard" loyalist of Governor Kashim Shettima and his aspiration has assisted in woeing thousands of the people of his area to support the governor for his 2015 bid.

The politics of Borno state is changing by the day as the spate of defections from the APC to the PDP and vise versa is a daily affairs.
