PS McLeod to Announce New Funding for Humanitarian Assistance for Children in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

OTTAWA, Canada, July 23, 2014/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- Ms. Cathy McLeod, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Labour and for Western Economic Diversification, will host a round table meeting on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH). She will be joined by Ms. Joyce Bateman, Member of Parliament for Winnipeg South Centre.

During the round table, PS McLeod will make an announcement on behalf of the Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, on additional humanitarian assistance to meet the needs of children in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
