Within this same short time, the staffs under the office of the Deputy Governor like never before had already started singing the praises of this leadership machine, His Excellency Prince Eze Madumere, who not wasting time himself, started in earnest to unleash his free-flowing leadership quality upon his new office to the delight and admiration of the much expectant staffs who till now still find themselves relishing a boss that is ever New before them!

Madumere comes with a revolutionary leadership style, servicing his boss and those under him without losing his head! The Father and Son attachment with Owelle gives room for a most trust-inspired relationship which has since opened the floodgate of development possibilities that has continued to help the administration of his boss, whom he considers a priority, as well as creating opportunities that mollifies the needs that are dependent on him.
