Thank you for following the initial story published on Team NIGERIA and its bid to build the proposed Eaglemobile "9jaBOLT" Solar Car as showcased in the Vanguard Newspaper dated Weds, May 21st, 2014 on page 57 titled"Behold Nigeria's solar powered race car". The Story has been trending and has garnered a HUGE following across the global community of Entrepreneurs, Inventors, Billionaire Businessmen, Technologists, Governments, the foreign Media and Scientists!!
Attached below is an official document from the World Solar Challenge(WSC) Organisers expressing acceptance of our entry into the 27 year old reputed technology competition. And this happened only after the WSC Organisers rigorously tested our engineering design concept and capacity to build such an advanced machine--the 9jaBOLT, which will compete at the global event next year. Nigeria joins the global tech elite of the World as a worthy Competitor and becomes the second nation in African and first in West African history to be recognised and accepted to race at this prestigious challenge.
The biennial WSC is mankind's Solar "WorldCup" and Team NIGERIA has asked and continues to request the unflinching maximum support of the Federal & State Government(s) (whom we have formally contacted),Ministries, Corporate Nigeria, foreign donors and all Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.
Furthermore, Team NIGERIA is working hard and intelligently to get the much needed sponsorship funds to commence building the designed 9jaBOLT prototype alongside hosting the "Africa Design Medal & Festival 2015"(ADMF) in Lagos where the Solar Car will officially be unveiled to the world. The smart programming language Wolfram-Alpha/mathematica will cater to the 9jaBOLT's machine learning requirements. At this event global scientists will gather to see the car and also discuss the future of technology, space and mankind.
The event is strategically planned so as to gather the World's greatest minds in multi-sector S&T and R&D fields as Entrepreneurship, ICT4D, Space Engineering, 4D Manufacturing & Self Assembly, Robotics, Cybernetics & AI, Gaming, UX/UI, Vertical Farming & Food Packaging, 3D Printing, Renewable & Green Energy, Medicine & Biotech, Arcological Developments & Cities of the Future amongst a host of other sectors. The ADMF 2015 theme is "the convergence of design elements and the energy challenges that will berth and sustain the future of mankind within the climate change equation and in our quest to thrive in deep space".
With documentation to prove, the confirmed Speakers for this event include the 37 year old eccentric Dutch Billionaire Inventor and Entrepreneur Bas Lansdorp CEO of "MARS One" (the historic and mind blowing $6 Billion(USD) technology project to put a Human Colony of 4 astronauts on Mars by 2024 whom will NEVER return to earth again, it is also referenced as "BIG BROTHER on MARS"!!. (it is noteworthy to share that Team NIGERIA's Creative Director is the 3rd Nigerian to have declared openly his intention and is on a possible shortlist of about 40 African of 202,586 elite global candidates to be chosen from(screened) to undergo a decade long rigorous training for this mission to MARS).

Your Excellency, in line with our Solar Car project it came as an exciting industry disrupting global development for the technology world and electric cars, when Elon Musk, the C.E.O. of Tesla Motors, announced on the company's blog that he's making all of Telsa's patents public in the spirit of innovation. And for this we wish for him to be a Panelist at the ADMF 2015 to speak on "climate change and the next big disruptive decision as mankind adventures further on into uncharted regions of space".
