I do not need to be labour this point because it is already a public discuss. The important thing to say here is that, according to Newspaper report, each applicant was mandated to pay N1,000 so-called processing fee and there were many hundreds of thousands of employees or even millions that attended the interview.

According to the Newspaper report, N600 Million was collected as processing fee. Just imagine. Who eats the money? Should money be collected from people that do not have? Can't the ministry pay the processing fee? By the way, should processing fee be paid before job is offered?

Who, I ask again, eats the processing fee? What is the processing fee for? Who should bear the cost of the processing: the applicant or the ministry? Is the ministry not Government Ministry?

Answers to these questions are pointers that Nigeria is a failed state, completely a pariah state. What is seen in Nigerian is a twitching of the leg of an animal whose head is out off.

Recommendations
1) Every applicant should be paid back, refunded has N1,000 forthwith.

2) Minister of interior, Mr. Moro, should be sacked immediately.

3) Director-General of Immigration should be sacked immediately.

4) All Directors in Immigration should be sacked immediately.
