ANAMBRA NORTH AGREED TO HAVE A CONCENSUS CANDIDATE IN 2013
During their 30 March 2013 meeting, Ogbaru APGA stakeholders noted that bringing the Anambra Governorship to the North was a matter of Equity, Justice, Fairness and political balance...they thus resolved to work for the emergence of a Governor of Anambra North extraction........... Ogbaru, Onitsha North and South, Oyi, Anyamelum, Anambra East and Anambra West Local Government Areas constitute the Anambra North Senatorial District. Since Anambra was created 21 years ago the south has occupied he governorship slot four times, and the central five times. Anambra North is yet to produce a governor.
