EAGLES VICTORY SIGNIFIES NEW DAWN FOR NIGERIA

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the victory of the Super Eagles is a confirmation of the party's  declaration that the nation has entered into a new era of possibilities.

PDP National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh in a statement yesterday said the fact that the team won the trophy which has eluded the country several times in the past is an indication that nothing is impossible for Nigeria and that the doors have been opened for the nation to achieve other goals.

'The fact that our players won the trophy is a confirmation of our earlier declaration that Nigeria has entered a new era of possibilities. With this, it is clear that the nation will surmount all its challenges under the present dispensation. It is an indication that there is nothing impossible and that collectively we will overcome all the challenges we are facing as a nation', the party said.
