Popular Fuji singer, Saheed Osupa, has disclosed that he does not regret taking music as a life time job as it has been paying a lot of bills and has earned him the much needed fame all over the world.

Starting on a rough note, the singer explained that during the time which he started fuji music, it was not widely accepted especially outside Nigeria as only late Fela's Afro-beat music was what was gaining massive attention.

The singer noted that at some point, he almost abandoned music especially when he could not afford the amount charged by foreign music promoters then and that almost earned him a job with the US marine with good pay.

Osupa stressed that he had to reflect on what he stands to benefit before deciding on what he truly wanted and today very grateful to God that he took a decision he did not live to regret.

“I went for the exams and they were highly impressed. So, they said they would put me in the nuclear section and they gave me $100,000. They also offered me a house with a zero down payment. The offer was so likeable but I had a re-think about it and decided it was not what I wanted. I wasn't sure I wouldn't regret the decision in the future. I left Chicago and went to New York and eventually I came back home to do my music. I do not regret the decision today,” he told Punch.
