For luxury jeweller and accessories maker, Michael Awujoola, everything could be custom-made to fit into one's lifestyle as he had made different celebrities and notable personalities different kinds of luxury accessories.

He has made custom-made microphones with studded gems for on-air personalities, headsets for Nollywood actors and entertainment persons and now he has taken another step further into making gold spoons for a woman.

Mrs Rahma Indimi Babangida, who is the first wife of Mohammed Babangida, the first son of a former Nigerian military head of state, was gifted a set of golden spoons that were complete with her name in gold.

While displaying the set to the world, there are reactions to the purpose of the golden cutleries as questions have risen to if they would be used to eat or if they would only be displayed on the shelf. Others are wondering if the luxury designer is only designing for target super rich audience to patronize his handiwork.

The question is this: When eating, is a golden spoon any different from a normal spoon?
