Matters Arising: List Of Recognizers Of The Armenian Genocide Is Swelling!

"Germany recognized the killing of hundreds of thousands of Armenians under Turkish rule 100 years ago as genocide, joining nations such as France and Russia.

"In a first for a German official, President Joachim Gauck called the campaign against Armenians a planned crime that meets the definition of genocide and said German actions at the time were partly to blame".

"France, Russia, Greece, Sweden and the Netherlands are among countries that recognize the killings as genocide and plan to send senior representativesto Yerevan. Merkel won’t attend and will send a junior foreign minister instead".

"Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he will hold a ceremony the same day to mark the 1915 Gallipoli campaign, even though that World War I battle is normally observed on a different date".

"Let us be careful not to reduce this debate to differences about a word,” Gauck said. “What’s needed most of all even 100 years later is to recognize, lament and mourn the full, terrible reality of the planned destruction of a people.”

Obama in his official capacity as President of the United States, has also accorded due recognition to this genocide.

Now as Germany joins this noble group, let's see what blood-thirsty Endorgan of Turkey can do about it...and if he can issue Germany the type of lousy warning he did the Pope!

SACKING IGP ABBA.
The entire world was recently jolted by the sudden decision of President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria to sack the nation's Inspector-General of Police.

The shock was worsened by the fact that our president chose to effect this sack through Twitter!

Jona can't even hold himself together for sakes of public image.

He had to react so childishly by sacking Abba presumably for not manipulating the electoral process in his favour... yet "chopping" his money! it is instructive to recall that the news immediately prior to the sack was about Jona asking his partymen to return N2,000,000,000,000 across board....ostensibly for not rigging the election as per script and agreement!

It is one thing to bribe people to rig elections, it is another (thing) to reveal his antics to the world by asking for a refund and sacking Abba!

And yet, the entire world was busy heaping praises on his "statesmanship" for peacefully accepting the vote results and congratulating the winner!

DEATH OF COUNTLESS AFRICANS IN THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA

Have you noticed that African rulers have not spoken up in reaction to the mass drowning of Africans in the Mediterranean Sea of late? Close to 4,000 Africans from many nations have died in such shipwrecks this year alone! And the latest incident alone consumed nearly 1,000 African lives! Human trafficking has now been elevated to lucrative business... Many persons and nations have reacted to this mass deaths... but not the primary cause...thieving rulers whose pilfering of African resources compels Africans to pay heavy fees...including their lives...to traffickers to get them to Europe in unsafe boats to willingly go do menial jobs in the lands of the white man! Our women are forced into cheap prostitution by the cartels involved in this ugly trade!
