Thursday, 5th of February had been billed for the celebration of life and after-death album launch of 'Branama' crooner, Kefee Obareki Don Momoh at the Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos. The event was supposed to involve many A-list celebrities.

The event kicked off about 6pm with the expectation that many of the celebrities would be joining the celebrations but the reverse was the case as very few turn out.

The only high profile artistes that graced the event were hip hop act, Vector Tha Viper and gospel-cum-inspirational singer, Nikki Laoye. Others were Helen Paul, Yinka Dvies, Emeka Smith, Adex of Artquake, Henrisoul, Nikki Laoye, DJ Gosporella, Rasqi, Essecnce, Mc. Abbey and Sabina of Naija 102.7FM were the hosts.

The other acts who were billed to show support but never came were Olamide, Sammie Okposo, Lady X (South Africa), Elenae (Ghana), Timaya, Anny Ibrahim, Cynthia Morgan, Duncan Mighty, Nomoreloss among many others.

The event was occasioned to launch the 12-track 'Blessed' album which features the new songs of Kefee and 'Best Of Both Worlds', a compilation of the videos of the songs done by the late artiste.

Here is the bomb shell dropped by the blunt talking Vector. He said while on stage that "There are a lot of hypocrites in this industry." That means some of these artistes deliberately did not come out to be a part of the event?
