Fast Rising 'Local Boy' Crooner, Ekwereonu Ransome Iheanyi aka Ransome, has revealed that if music had not worked out for him, he would have picked up his certificate in search of an office job and probably would have been working in an oil company since he is a graduate.

The Enugu state star born-music artiste who rose to stardom with his hit track 'Local Boy' which features Indigenous Rapper, Phyno, stated that it was not easy for him to have come this far as an up and coming artiste. He revealed that at times, he sleeps in the studio because he does not have transport fare back home.

Unarguably one of the 'hottest' singers to reckon with in the music industry, his video, 'Local Boy' and 'Ijim N'Oru,' has been gaining massive airplay across various media stations which has led to his recent nomination at the most anticipated Headies Award and Nigeria Music Video Awards(NMVA) billed to take place on the 14th of December,2014 at the 'Eko Convention Center', and 26th of November,2014 at the 'Eko Hotel and Suites' respectively.

Rejoicing over his success, the singer revealed that the first time he heard his song being played he was so happy and was on a call then when he went out of airtime.
He added that he never knew that he was well known until he was embarrassed when he stepped out to get airtime with a casual wear, he was being mobbed by set of twins who wanted to take a photograph with him in his casual wear.
