Could National Open University Be Using Nigerian Celebrities To Brand Institution?

The National Open University (NOUN,) is leaving no stone unturned as they are striving to make a name for themselves with the recent style of bringing elders into their institution to show that there is never an end to education.

NOUN style of branding itself has been the acceptances of Nollywood stars into its institution to enable them sell the institution's ability towards offering qualitative distance learning while busy with the hustle of life.

Recently, Nollywood big wigs, Ini Edo and Desmond Elliot, decided not to rely on their put of wealth which the Nollywood industry has provided for them as they have now seen the value of quality education in broadening their horizon.

The Nollywood pairs recently were so excited during their matriculation ceremony at the National Open university campus as newly matriculated law students.

According to the duo, education is the key to success and if they can do it, every other person can.

Recall that barely a month now, the institution endorsed Kannywood actor, Sani Danja, Nollywood acts of Francis Duru, Doris Simon and Chioma Chukuka, as Ambassadors of the institution.

Apart from being an ambassador of the institution, they were also offered scholarships to study in the institution. Sani Danja got a scholarship to study Peace and Conflict Resolution, while Doris Simo, picked English, Francis Duru, Picked Peace and Conflict Resolution, while Chioma Chukuka, is yet to pick a course.
