Gertrude who was a guest speaker at the recently concluded Top celebrity women leadership conference held at the niteshift coliseum spoke on the 'need for creating empowerment amongst people in dire need for growth'. In her lecture, she encouraged women who are blessed to help affect the lives of others in need.

According to her, she said there is need for planning as a woman. She added that every woman needs to plan her life, her business and prospective husband else, she won't earn a successful business if she can't manage her home.

Furthermore, she admonished women for the need to stop creating issue and problems for themselves and at home.
