Don Jazzy’s Brother Dresses in Camouflage, Violates US Army Code

The issues on people wearing the Army camouflage is showing no signs of reduction as each day goes by many especially the entertainers both local and foreign continues to dress in the outfit without respect for the military force.

Well, sometimes, money has the power to cover the wrong deeds of many. This time, it is not an entertainer but the brother to the Nigerian super producer, Don Jazzy, Jay Mavin.

The oil magnet boss, who is the CEO of Jaymavin Energy Limited, is seen dressing in the United States Army sweater uniform along with his dog, without any form of fear.

Federal laws concerning the wear of the United States Military uniforms by people not on active duty are published in the United States Code (USC).

Specifically, 10 USC, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 45, Sections 771 states as follows;
Except as otherwise provided by law, no person except a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps, as the case may be, may wear -

(1) the uniform, or a distinctive part of the uniform, of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps; or

(2) a uniform any part of which is similar to a distinctive part of the uniform of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps
